Konstantin Rudenko is a Kazakh left winger on Lokomotiv Yaroslavl.

Rudenko was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in 1999, after scoring 15 goals and 24 points in the Russian Second League. He spent the next season with SKA St. Petersburg, before joining Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in 2000. He won back-to-back championships with the team in 2002 and 2003, and had a breakout year in 2003-04, scoring 10 goals and 22 points. He set a career high with 18 assists and 28 points in 2008-09, as well as scoring 12 points in 19 games that postseason.
