Konstantin Korneev is a Russian defenseman on CSKA Moscow.

Korneev was drafted in 2002 by the Montreal Canadiens, after scoring 28 points for Krylia Sovetov in the Russian Third league, as well as 7 points in the U18 World Juniors. He stuck with the club for another season, scoring 10 points in his first full season of play in the Super League. He spent the next three seasons with Ak Bars Kazan, winning a league title in 2006. The following season, he joined CSKA Moscow, and saw his point production improve dramatically, scoring 8 goals and 21 points in his first year with the team. He set a career high with 52 penalty minutes in 2007-08, and had 28 points in 2009-10, after being named the team captain.

Korneev won a gold medal at the 2003 World Juniors with Russia, as well as a silver medal at the 2002 U18 World Juniors. In 2007, he won a bronze medal at the World Championships, followed by back-to-back gold medals in 2008 and 2009. He won a silver medal at the 2010 tournament.
