Anton Kuryanov
Anton Kuryanov is a Russian center on Avangard Omsk.
Kuryanov has played most of his career with Avangard Omsk, since joining the club's minor league team in 1998. He made his Super League debut in 2003, and earned himself a permanent roster spot the following season. In his rookie year, he scored 7 goals and 13 points, helping the team win the league championship. He set a career high with 24 goals and 46 points, as well as 32 penalty minutes in 2006-07, but saw his production slip a bit over the last few seasons. In 2010-11, however, he was named an alternate captain, and has produced at nearly a point per game pace all year.
Kuryanov won a gold medal with Russia at the 2009 World Championships.
