Andrei Pervyshin is a Russian defenseman on Avangard Omsk.

Pervyshin was drafted in 2003 by the St. Louis Blues, after making his Russian Super League debut with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl and an impressive showing at the U18 World Juniors. He joined Ak Bars Kazan in 2004, where he played the next six seasons. He set a career high with 71 penalty minutes in 2006-07, after winning the league title in 2006. He set a career high with 27 points in 2008-09, while helping the team win the first Gagarin Cup. He won another Cup in 2010, and signed with Omsk in 2010.

Pervyshin won a bronze medal with Russia at the 2003 U18 World Juniors.
