Yaroslav Khabarov

Yaroslav Khabarov is a Russian defenseman on Metallurg Magnitogorsk.

Khabarov is one of the youngest defensemen on an experienced Magnitogorsk club, and has bounced back and forth between the Russian minor leagues and the KHL over the last three seasons. He played 9 games with the senior club in 2008-09, but did not register any points. He spent the next year in the minors, where he scored 25 points and had 129 penalty minutes, helping the club win the league championship. He rejoined the senior club for the 2010-11 season.
