The Great Falls Explorers great falls explorers team was a team in the CBA-Continental Basketball Association which got founded in 2006. This team played their home ground game at the Four Seasons Arena in Great Falls.

This is a franchise which is branded by the Explorers in honor of Lewis and Clark and was previously coached by Steve Aggers. However, for the 2007-08 season, it was coached by Scott Wedman. The front office of this team is entirely led by General Manager, Ryan Acra. This team color is sky blue/navy.

The Great Falls Explorers were originally owned by the Apex Sportstainment. This company is at present owners of the Minot SkyRockets and the Butte Daredevils. Its foremost coach Steve Aggers had previously coached the College of Great Falls basketball event. During the team’s inaugural season, the team recorded 24-24 record and finished with less playoffs. Further, this team had two CBA all stars, players like Malik Moore with guard position and Jamar Howard, the forward player. Travis Garrison, the power forward positioned athlete was awarded the CBA Rookie of the Year. For each game, this team averaged to only 700 in attendance. By 2007-2008, this team ceased their operations.
