Erlana Larkins is an American professional basketball player in WNBA. She went to Benjamin High School, and by the time she was 13 she was already at her present height of 6 feet 1.

In high school, she was named to the Parade, WBCA and McDonald's All-America teams. She was also named second-team All-America by USA Today and SLAM magazine. Erlanda led her team to four state championships and six final fours, and was named Florida's Miss Basketball in her junior and senior years. She was just the second player in the 12-year history of the award to win twice. She averaged 22.3 points, 14.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game as a senior, when she was the state tournament MVP two years in a row.

Erlana attended the University of North Carolina from 2004-2008, majoring in sociology and African-American studies. She played basketball for the Tar Heels under coach Sylvia Hatchell. During her seasons there, she helped the Tar Heels win four straight ACC titles. They reached the Final Four twice.

After graduating from college, Larkins was taken 14th overall in the 2008 WNBA draft, by the New York Liberty.
