Rhys Carter has been a member of Victoria Giants in the 2003-04 season. Then, from 2006 to 2008, he played for West Sydney Razorbacks. During the 2009 season, he played for South Dragons. His court position is that of Guard. He is 190 centimeters tall and 88 kgs in weight.
