Mark Bryant used to play in the position of Forward-Center. He had a height of 6 feet 9 inches and weight of 245 lbs. He was offered jersey no. 2, 9 and 11 when he played in the NBA (National Basketball Association). He was a member of Portland Trail Blazers from the 1988-89 season to the 1994-95 season. He played for Houston Rockets in the 1995-96 season. He spent the 1996-97 and 1997-98 season with the Phoenix Suns. He was with Chicago Bulls in 1998-99, with Cleveland Cavaliers in 1999-2000, with Dallas Mavericks in 2000-01 and with San Antonio Spurs in 2001-02. In the 2002-03 season, he was a member of Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets and Boston Celtics.
Bryant was a student of Columbia High School in Maplewood, New Jersey. After passing out, he took admission in Seton Hall University. During the 1988 NBA draft, he was chosen by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 1st round. He was the 21st and overall 21st pick.
From the 1989-90 to 2002-03 season, Bryant participated in playoffs. He appeared in 79 games during which he got 967 playing minutes. In this time span, he collected 278 points, 194 rebounds, 14 assists and 278 points. His field goal percentage was 0.469, 3-point field goal percentage was nil and free throw percentage was 0.732.
