Jerry Stackhouse.
Jerry Darnell Stackhouse is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Dallas Mavericks under the National Basketball Association (NBA). He plays as a small forward for the team. He is 6 ft 6 inches in height and 218 lb in weight. He currently wears the number 42 jersey.
Jerry studied at the North Carolina University from where he was traded to the NBA draft. He was signed by the Philadelphia 76ers in 1995. In his debut season Jerry averaged with 19.2 ppg. In his following season he had average of 29.8 ppg which was his best career record. In 1998 he was traded to the Pistons. During his stay with the Pistons he improved his game widely and also broke the franchise record for scoring highest points. In 2002 Stackhouse was traded to the Washington Wizards.
Jerry played his first game in the 2002-03 season and had an average 21.5 ppg. He was out for the complete 2004 season as he was down with a knee injury. Due to his persisting injury he was traded to the Dallas Mavericks in 2005. He still played as a bench player for the team, because he never recovered totally from his injury. In the year 2008 Jerry led the team to the NBA playoffs, however did not perform well in the rest of the games.
