Laurie Koehn

Laurie Koehn was born on May 13, 1982 in Newton, Kansas. She is a professional basketball player from the WNBA. She is the daughter of Perry and Cyndi Koehn. She has one older brother, Ryan, and one younger brother, Clint.

Laurie attended Moundridge High School in Moundridge, Kansas. In 2005, she graduated from the Kansas State University. During her tenure at K-state, she won CoSIDA Academic All-American in 2004, All-Big 12 Second Team in 2004 and in 2005, Big 12 All-Academic First Team in 2005, Kansas State, Big 12 and NCAA all-time leader in three-pointers of 392.

Laurie went undrafted in the 2005 WNBA Draft, but signed a free agent contract with the Washington Mystics. In all her seasons she has come off the bench as a reserve player. She performed well in all 14 games and averaged to 17.9 ppg, with 36.4 minutes of play per game.
