The Wizards have been one of the leagues more talented teams this decade, but injuries have hurt them. Depth at all areas has been scarce the past few years, and the acquisition of Randy Foye and Mike Miller from Minnesota for the 5th overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft will help. caron butler

With new coach Flip Saunders, and veteran players Mike Miller, Antwan Jamison, Gilbert Arenas, and Caron Butler, there is not a lack of leadership on this Wizards team.
