Gilbert Arenas is back and healthy. He has played well in this early season, and is letting his play on the court do the talking, and not his mouth.
The Wizards have been one of the leagues more talented teams this decade, but injuries have hurt them. Depth at all areas has been scarce the past few years, and the acquisition of Randy Foye and Mike Miller from Minnesota for the 5th overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft will help.
With new coach Flip Saunders, and veteran players Mike Miller, Antwan Jamison, Gilbert Arenas, and Caron Butler, there is not a lack of leadership on this Wizards team.
In an improved eastern conference, the Wizards are not likely to contend for the conference crown, but will be a tough opponent every time they take the floor.
If the Wizards can play well as a team, and stay helthy, they will be in the upper echelon of teams in the eastern conference in 2010.
