Polin Trinidad

Polin Trinidad is a professional baseball player from the Dominican Republic and plays as a pitcher. In 2002, Trinidad signed with the Houston Astros, as a free agent, and joined their minor league affiliates. Rising up through the minors, Trinidad was named to the MLB roster in 2009 so as to avoid the Rule 5 Draft.

In 2009, despite being named a part of the season starting roster, Trinidad was sent down to the Round Rock Express in the AAA-League to gain further experience as well as hone his skills.
