Jason Hammel

Jason Aaron Hammel is a professional baseball player hailing from the United States of America. He began his professional career at the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in 2006, making his debut in April that year. His first career win came against the New York Yankees in September that year. Hammel was later assigned to the minors and spent his three years at the Devil Rays oscillating between the minors and the Major League.

In April 2009, Hammel was traded out to the Colorado Rockies in exchange for Aneury Rodriguez.
