Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side progressing to the quarter-finals of the Champions League at the expense of RB Leipzig.
The defending Premier League champions got the better of Bundesliga outfit Leipzig 2-0 at Anfield in the second leg of their Round of 16 tie on Wednesday evening.
After a goalless first half, Egypt international forward Mohamed Salah broke the deadline in the 70th minute. Then four minutes later, Senegal international forward Sadio Mane made it 2-0.
Having won the first leg 2-0 away from home, Liverpool have secured their place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League 4-0 on aggregate.
