Inside-in

An Inside-In shot in tennis is when a player hits a forehand down the line from their backhand side.

The player moves to their left (for right-handers) or right (for left-handers) to hit the ball. They aim the shot straight down the sideline instead of diagonally across the court.

This technique allows players to surprise their opponents with an unexpected angle. Inside-in forehands are often powerful and can catch opponents off guard. However, they are riskier than inside-out shots because the target area is smaller.

This shot requires good footwork and precise timing to execute successfully.
