Golden Slam

In tennis, a Golden Slam is when a player wins all four Grand Slam tournaments and an Olympic gold medal in the same year.

It's an incredibly rare achievement. Only one player has ever done it in singles: Steffi Graf in 1988. She won the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, US Open, and Olympic gold that year.

The Golden Slam is considered the ultimate accomplishment in tennis. It requires winning on different court surfaces and against the world's best players.

Some players have achieved a Career Golden Slam by winning all five events over their entire career.
