AGOVV Apeldoorn

AGOVV Apeldoorn is a Dutch football club based in Apeldoorn. They currently feature in the Eerste Divisie.

AGOVV Apeldoo were established on February 25, 1913 as AGOSV. When they joined the football association of Gelderland, they altered their name to AGOVV.

AGOVV turned professional in 1954 but because of financial problems became amateur again in 1971. In July 2003 they came back to the Dutch league and started life in the Ereste Divisie.

AGOVV Apeldoom play their home matches at the Sportpark Berg & Bos that can accommodate 2,500 spectators. They bear the nickname “De Blauwen”.
