History

Tigres' journey to prominence began in the 1975–76 season when they achieved their first significant milestone by winning the Copa MX against the renowned Club América. This victory marked them as the first team from the Nuevo León region to lift a major trophy. Since then, Tigres has amassed a remarkable seven league titles and has also claimed the Copa MX three times. Their ambition extends beyond domestic achievements, as they reached the final of the Copa Libertadores in 2015, facing the tough challenge of River Plate.
