Real Murcia
Real Murcia Club de Futbol, S.A.D. is a small Spanish club based in the city of Murcia. They are currently playing in La Liga but they are on the verge of dropping down into the Segunda Division at the end of the current season.
Murcia wee promoted to La Liga at the end of the 2006-2007 season after they finished third in the Second division. But they have struggled in the first division and lie second from bottom in the league. They are currently coached by Javier Clemente and presided by Jesus Samper.
Real Murcia were founded in 1908 and play their home matches at La Neuva Condomina which has a capacity of 33,045. Murcia have spent just 17 seasons in total in La Liga. Murcia’s nickname is Los Pimentoneros.
