Aylesbury

Aylesbury FC are an English football club based in Aylesbury. They currently feature in the Spartan South Midlands Premier League.

Aylesbury FC were established in 1930 as Stocklake FC by workers at the Negretti and Zambra company and enjoyed some reasonable success.

In 1983 another club Belgrave FC was set up in Aylesbury and at the start of the 2000-2001 they merged with Stocklake to form Haywood United. They joined the Spartan South Midlands League and gained promotion to the Division One after two seasons.

At the start of the 2005-2006 season Haywood United became Aylesbury Vale FC and at the end of the 2007-2008 season they renamed themselves as Aylesbury FC.

Aylesbury FC play their home matches at the Haywood Way and bear the nickname 'The Moles'.
