FK Leotar is a Bosnian football club based in the city of Trebinje in Republika Srpska. They currently feature in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

FK Leotar were established in 1925 in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. However, they never managed to gain promotion to the Yugoslav top flight.

Leotar have been a member of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina since the 2000s. They won the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2003 and that has been their biggest success in their history.

FK Leotar play their home matches at the Police Stadium that can accommodate 6000 spectators.
