Club San Jose
Club San Jose are a Bolivian football team based out of Oruro. During the semi-professional days, the team won the first division title in 1955. They repeated their performance in 1995 and in 2007 when they won the first division title and the Clausura title respectively. In 2001, San Jose were crowned champions of the Second Division.
In international competitions, San Jose have qualified for the Copa Libertadores four times where the 1996 run that saw them reach the second round has been their best performance in the competition till date. The team plays at the Estadio Jesus Bermudez, a 33,000 seater arena that has seen the likes of Juan Carlos Sanchez, Juan Jose Urruti and Jose Daniel Valencia turn out with stellar performances for the home side.
