A proficient Mexican defender, Ricardo OsorioRicardo Osorio> was born on 30th March 1980 in Huajuapan de León. The clubs he has been a part of include Cruz Azul Hidalgo from 2000 to 2001, Cruz Azul from 2001 to 2006 and Stuttgart from 2006 to 2010. Presently, Osorio is a Free Agent. His playing position is right back.

Osorio made his debut in Primera División de México in the season of 2000 to 2001. After a stupendous performance in the 2006 World Cup, he was signed by VfB Stuttgart for four million Euros. His first goal for the club came on 16th February 2007. Overall, he made seventy three appearances for the club.

Ricardo Osorio made his international debut in the final match of CONCACAF Gold Cup in July 2003. He was eliminated from the team after missing a penalty in the FIFA Confederations Cup 2005. He was re-included in the Mexican side for 2006 FIFA World Cup. A part of the Mexican squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Osoris has won eighty caps till now and scored one goal for the Mexican team.
