Pak Sung-Hyok

Pak Sung-Hyokimage:Pak Sung-Hyok|Pak Sung-Hyok born on 30th May 1990 is a professional footballer who plays for Korea DPR National Football team. He normally plays in a defensive midfielder position. Being 5 feet and 11 inches tall has gained him a great advantage in playing as a defender.

Pak is blessed with a strong build and tremendous pace. He generally plays as a defensive midfielder. He is recognized for his passes and an excellent vision. He also happens to be an effective tackler.

He plays for the club Sobaeksu currently. He entered international football with his entry in the Northern Korean international football team in 2009. So far he has made 3 appearances for the team.

Although relatively new to international football, Pak has begun to gain attention beyong Korea DPR. The Chinese football team Chengdu Blades offered Pak a trial two years ago. Inspite of the permanent move not working, he got appraisals from the coaching staff at the Chinese Super League.

During the 2010 FIFA World Cup he was named the 23-man North Korean squad.
