Luis Ramirez

Luis Alberto Ramirez Lucay, is a professional Peruvian footballer who plays as a midfielder. Ramirez began his professional career with Coronel Bolognesi in 2003. He remained with the club till 2005, during which time he made 25 appearances and scored 8 goals.

In 2006, Ramirez moved to Cienciano, but the same year he shifted back Coronel Bolognesi, where he remained once more till 2009. During his second stint with Coronel Bolognesi Ramirez made over 70 appearances and scored 12 goals.

In 2008 Ramirez had a brief spell with his current team Universitario de Deportes, though he moved to Club Libertad for 2009. In 2010 he moved back to Universitario where he still retains the position of midfielder for the team.

Ramirez has made 5 appearances for the Peruvian national football team in 2005.
