Marco Marchionni
Marco Marchionni is an Italian international footballer who currently features for the Italian and European giants Juventus. He plays as a right sided midfielder and has earned 4 international caps for Italy.
Marco Marchionni commenced his professional career with Italian side Empoli in 1998 and moved to Parma three years later in 2001 after scoring 7 goals in 55 appearances for them. He featured heavily for Parma from 2001 to 2006 and developed into a very good right sided midfielder. He played 112 matches in all competitions for Parma during the time and scored 13 goals.
Marchionni signed for Italian powerhouse Juventus in the summer of 2006 on a free transfer. But he has been unable to thread into a regular starting line-up. He made his international debut for Italy against Poland in an international friendly in November 2003.
