Hakan Arikan is a Turkish football player who currently features for the Turkish first division club Besiktas. He plays as a goalkeeper.

Hakan Arikan commenced his professional club football career at Turkish side Kocaelispor in 2002 and played for them until 2006. He was then signed by Ankaraspor and played for them for one season.

Arikan was signed by Besiktas in 2007 and he has played for them since.
Hakan Arikan made his international debut for Turkey on June 5, 2007 against Brazil.
