Gaston Andres Javier Cellerino is an Argentine football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Livorno. He plays as a striker.

Gaston Cellerino commenced his professional club football career at Deportivo Patagones in 2006 and subsequently went onto play for Universidad San Martín de Porres, Atenas, Ranger and landed at Livorno in 2009.
