Rej Volpato commenced his professional club football career at Padova and played for the 2003-2004. In 2004 he was signed by Italian and European giants Juventus. Volpato was on the books of Juve between 2004 and 2007, but played on loan for Siena for 2005-2006 and for Arezzo for 2006-2007.
In 2007 Rej Volpato was signed by Empoli and he played for them for the 2007-2008 season and was signed by Bari in 2008.
