Edgard Anthony Alvarez Reyes is a Honduran international football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Bari. He is a versatile footballer who can play either as a right-sided midfielder or as a right-back.
Edgard Reyes commenced his professional club football career at Platense in 1996 and played for them until 2003, featuring in over 100 league matches. He was signed by Penarol in 2003 and was on their books until 2006.
In 2006 Reyes was signed by AS Roma for 1.5 million euros but was loaned to Messina for the 2006-2007 season. He played for Livorno again on loan for the 2007-2008 season and for Pisa for the 2008-2009 season.
In 2009 Edgard Reyes signed for Bari.
