Carlos Calvo Sobrado is a Spanish football player who currently features for the Spanish football club Xerez CD. He is a versatile footballer who can play either as a winger or as a striker.
Carlos Calvo Sobrado commenced his professional club football career at Elche B in 2004 and in 2005 was signed by Valladolid B. In 2006 Sobrado was signed by Villajoyosa and subsequently moved to Alcoyano.
Sobrado was signed by Xerez in 2007 and in June 2009 scored the winner against SD Huesca that confirmed the club's first ever promotion to La Liga.
