Ronaldo Aparecido Rodrigues, commonly known simply as Naldo, is a Brazilian football player who currently features for the German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen. He plays as a central defender.

Naldo commenced his professional club football career at Juventude in 2004 and after one season signed for German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen in 2005. He became an instant first-team player and has been playing regularly for Bremen since then.

Naldo made his international debut for Brazil in 2007.
