Simone Del Nero is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Lazio. He plays as a striker.
Simone Del Nero commenced his professional club football club career at Italian side Empoli and made his first team debut for them in 1998. He played for them until 2000 and then moved to Brescia and played for them until 2007, featuring in over 105 league matches and scoring 7 goals.
In the summer of 2007 Lazio signed Del Nero on five-year contract on a free transfer. But he has remained injured for the best part of his time at Lazio so far.
