Fabio Firmani is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Lazio. He plays as a midfielder.

Fabio Firmani commenced his professional club career at Italian side AS Lodigiani in 1995 and after one season moved to Vicenza Calcio. He playe for Vicenza between 2001 and joined Chievo Verona in 2001. He could make only one league appearance for Chievo and then move onto Catania in 2003.

Firmani played for Catania for two seasons and then in 2005 joined Lazio.
