Ruy Bueno Neto is a football defender from Brazil. He began playing professional football in the youth division of America-MG, in 1995. He remained in the youth division of the club till 1999, and in 2000 finally made his debut with the first team of the club. After one season, which include over 35 appearances and 2 goals, Neto moved to Cruzeiro EC in 2002, where after one season he was loaned out to Guarani FC for one season. During his time with Guarani, Neto scored thrice in over 25 appearances and in 2004 he was loaned out to Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas.
After one season, 30 appearances and two goals, Neto returned to Cruzeiro in 2005, but was loaned back to Botafogo midseason for the remaining season. In 2006, Neto moved to DC United for one season, after which he joined Figueirense in 2007, and remained there for one more season. In 2008, Neto moved to his current club, Clube Nautico Capibaribe, where he has made 14 appearances so far and has had no luck with goals.
