Egidio Pereira Jr.

Egidio Pereira Junior, began playing professional football in 2003, with Club de Regatas do Flamengo, also his current club. He was selected from the youth division of the same club, and remained there till 2006, after which he was loaned out to Parana Clube. By the end of the season, Pereira returned to Flamengo, and spent a season there.

In 2008, the defender was once again loaned out to Juventude, where after one season, he once again returned to Flamengo. He has made four appearances with the first team since his return, but has had no luck with goals throughout his career so far. Some of the honors Pereira shares with the club are the 2006 Brazilian Cup and the 2007 and 2008, Taca Guanabara and Rio State League titles.
