Rubinho is a Brazilian football player who currently features for Italian and European giants Juventus. He plays as a goalkeeper and is the Turin club’s third-choice custodian.
Rubinho commenced his professional club football career at Brazilian giants Corinthians in 2001 and played for them for four years, when he joined Vitoria Setubal in Portugal.
In 2006 Rubinho was signed by Italian club Genoa where he played for three years, thereafter which he moved to Palermo for two seasons. However, in those two years he was on loan at Livorno and then at Torino.
In the summer 2012 Rubinho joined Juventus on a one-year contract as a free agent, having seen his contract with Palermo terminated in December 2011.
