Juan Huerta

Nicknamed ‘The lion’, Juan Augusto Huerta began his professional football career with Nueva Chicago in 2001. He remained with the club till 2004, after which he moved to his current club, Estudiantes de La Plata. Huerta was a vital player in the 2006 championship team, but after suffering two major injuries, Huerta had to stay out of the field for nearly two years. Making his comeback in 2008, Huerta is currently the substitute midfielder of the team.
