Daniele Franceschini

Daniele Franceschini is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Sampdoria. He is a versatile footballer who can play either as a midfielder or as a winger.

Daniele Franceschini commenced his professional club football career at Italian club Lazio in 1995 and played for them for two seasons, featuring in three league matches.

He played for Foggia for the 1997-1998 season and was then signed by Chievo Verona.

Daniele Franceschini went onto become an important member of the Chievo side that rose to prominence in the first few years of this century. He played for Chievo from 1998 to 2006, scoring 16 goals in 204 league matches.

In 2006 Franceschini was signed by Sampdoria.
