Nicola Mingazzini is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Bologna. He plays as a midfielder.

Nicola Mingazzini developed at the youth academy of Italian club Ravenna and made his first team debut for them in 1998. He played for them for the 1998-1999 season and moved to Spezia in 1999. He played for them for four seasons, scoring one goal in 98 league matches.

Mingazzini was signed by Atalanta in 2003 and he went onto play for them for three years, featuring in 75 league matches. He played on loan at Bologna at the start of 2006 and was signed by them on a permanent contract in the summer of 2006. He has since gone onto play regular for them.
