Marino Defendi is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Atalanta. He plays as a striker.
Mariano Defendi developed at the youth academy of Italian side Atalanta and made his first team debut in 2004. He has been making quite a good progress for them and was loaned out to Chievo Verona for the 2007-2008 season.
Defendi has been recalled to the Atalanta and is currently playing for them.
Mariano Defendi played for Italy in 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship and 2006 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship.
