Fabio Caserta is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Lecce. He plays as a midfielder.
Fabio Caserta commenced his professional club football career at Locri in 1997 and subsequently played for Pergocrema and Igea Virtus. He was signed by the then Italian Serie B club Catania in 2004. He became a very influential player at Catania and helped the club gain promotion to the Italian Serie A.
At the end of the 2006-2007 season, Caserta was signed by Palermo. Then in July 2008 Fabio Caserta was signed by Lecce.
