Giuseppe Mascara is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Catania. He plays as a striker.
Mascara developed at the youth academy of Comiso and made his professional club career at Ragusa in 1995. He played for them for two years and moved to Battipagliese.
Mascara subsequently played for Avellino and Salernitana and joined Palermo in 2001. After playing for them for two years, he joined Catania in 2003. He played the 2004-2005 on loan at Perugia.
Mascara since developed to be a very important member of the Catania first team and in 2011 made the move to Napoli.
