Douglas Ricardo Packer is a young Brazilian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A side AC Siena. He plays as a midfielder.
Douglas Packer developed at the youth academy of Brazilian side Ipatinga. He actually signed a professional contract wth them on August 1,2005; the contract was for three years. But on August 31,2005 he was signed by Italian and European powerhouse Juventus and was loaned out to AC Siena immediately for two seasons.
In the summer of 2007, Siena bought half the player's rights for 150,000 euros. He was loaned out to Pescara in the Italian Serie C1 for the 2007-2008 season and was recalled to Siena in the summer of 2008 for the 2008-2009 season.
