Marcos Ramirez

A professional footballer from Argentina, Marcos Ramirez plays as a defender. He began his playing career with Defensa y Justicia in 2003. Ramirez stayed with the team till 2006 and in four seasons, only managed 36 appearances. He, however, did score twice. In 2006, Independiente brought Ramirez home but without playing a single game that year, he moved to Gimnasia de La Plata in 2007. He again played a single game with the team before moving back to Independiente later that year. He finally made his debut for the club but after just two games, he was sent on loan to Godoy Cruz to gain some vital first-team experience.
