Antonio Di Natale is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Udinese. He plays as a striker and is the captain of his club.

Antonio Di Natale started his professional club football career at Empoli in 1996 after progressing through the club’s youth academy. He played for them from 1996 to 2004 and scored 49 goals in 159 league matches. During his tenure at Empoli, he also had separate loan stints at Iperzola, Varese and Viareggio.

In 2004 Udinese came calling and signed the impressive Di Natale. He immediately formed a formidable attack line with Vincenzo Iaquinta and David Di Michele at Idinese and helped Udinese finish fourth in the 2004-2005 season and thereby qualify for the UEFA Champions League for the following season. He has since become a regular for Udinese and is now the captain of the club.

Antonio Di Natale made his international debut for Italy against Turkey in November 2002 and has since gone onto feature in more than 20 international matches for his nation. He featured for Italy at the Euro 2008 finals.
