Fabio Liverani is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian side Fiorentina. He plays as a midfielder and his mother is Somalian although his father is an Italian.
Fabio Liverani made his professional debut with Viterbese of the Italian Serie C2 in the 1996-1997 season but it only after he has signed for Perugia at the start of the 2000-2001 season that he revealed his potential and was signed by Roman club Lazio in the summer of 2001.
Liverani played for Lazio for the next five seasons, making 126 appearances. He was signed by Fiorentina at the start of the 2006-2007 season.
Liverani has made only 3 appearances for the Italian nationl team.
