Sergio Bernardo Almirón is an Argentine footballer who is currently on the books of Italian giants Juventus. At the moment though he is on loan to the French principality club of AS Monaco.
Sergio Almiron made his professional debut for Argentine club Newell's Old Boys in 1998 and in 2001 moved to Italian Serie A side Udinese and moved to Empoli in 2004.
Juventus then signed Almiron in the summer of 2007 for 9 million euros and in January 2008 they sent him on loan to Monaco for until the end of the 2007-2008 season.
