Matteo Gianello is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Napoli. He plays as a goalkeeper.

Matteo Gianello developed at the youth academy of Chievo Verona and played for the first team between 1993 and 2000, featuring in 68 league matches. Siena signed him in 2000 but he again failed to play regularly for the first team, featuring in just 55 league matches in four years for Siena.

Matteo Gianello then moved onto Napoli in 2004 although by that time he had served two separate loan stints at Verona and Cisco. Gianello has been at Napoli since then and is said to play for the Naples side for the rest of his playing career.
